sometimes it seems so simple: you feel very bad, but you can remember a time, when it felt like that before, or even worse. and you can say to yourself: 'i made it once, i will make it out of this alive again'. and sometime that's right, you get the feeling that you've done this before, and it should get easier every time. because you have tools, and now what possibly can help you. but in the end, you still feel like shit, and you still think you gonna die this time. but you are still alive.
